Bart Ardijns worked for Belgian court pastrycooks Wittamer in Brussels for four years and followed several traineeships at home and abroad. He won the first prize and the originality award at the Europa Georges Boute Challenge Trophy competition. For the past twenty years Bart has taught patisserie-chocolate-decoration at the renowned gastronomic school Ter Groene Poorte in Bruges.
