Beneath his activities as Research Fellow at the Laboratoire de Droit Economique, Centre de Recherche Public Gabriel Lippmann, Luxembourg, where he participated at the first draft of the E-commerce Bill, he is also Editor of the Cyberbanking & Law Journal. General Reporter of the E-commerce Conference of San Marino (1999), Reviewer for the American Bar Association's Cyberspace Jurisdiction Report (1998-2000), he presently presides the Cyberbanking Commission of the Ecomder Project of the Facultad de Derecho de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
