This dictionary aims to civilian and military people, as both of them are very deeply concerned with the implementation of assets that enables experts - whoever they are - to be fully operational, whatever the prevailing conditions are.

Biographie

Jean-Claude Laloire is graduated from ESSEC (economics and business management) and ISUP (mathematics). As a linguist, he has been both a translator/interpreter in the French Ministry of Defense and a teacher at advanced military education level : Staff College/CAS3, French Joint War College (formerly CID), Center for Higher Military Studies (CHEM), and « Gendarmerie Nationale ». He has forty years'experience. As a translator, he has worked more specifically with CDEF (French Army's Forces Employment Doctrine Center).
He is an OLRAT (French Army Reserve language-expert officer) Lieutenant Colonel. He is a Commander in the Order of Merit.
