Quatrième de couverture

Innovation and entrepreneurship are increasingly relevant topics for teachers, researchers, managers, business executives, consultants, politicians and citizens. The crises, whether economic, financial, social or environmental, and rapid changes that affect organizations in most countries are undoubtedly related to the attention we pay to these topics.

The book "Innovation and Entrepreneurship. From the Idea to the Organization" aims to answer recurring and new concerns about innovation and entrepreneurship. It relies on a broad knowledge, structured in three sections entitled:

  • Genesis Trajectory and Opportunities;
  • Configurations and Organizational Innovation Process;
  • Financial Resources and Strategies for Innovations.

The uniqueness of the book is expressed through the diversity of industries explored (biotechnology, high technology, digital, retail, services, etc.). This diversity is seen through various frameworks of innovation as well as of entrepreneurship. International perspectives are also described and analyzed.

Finally, and here we stop the list of the distinctive qualities of this book, we attempt to propose a transversal approach. Indeed, the three parts which structure the debate are based on various and complementary disciplines (strategy, marketing, finance, project management, sociology, etc.), reflecting current societal issues.

This book, edited by Alain Bloch and Sophie Morin Delerm, is the fruit of collaboration and work with 29 professors and researchers of international renown in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship: Pierre Angel, Sihem Ben Mammoud-Jouini, Alain Bloch, Sylvain Bureau, Valérie Charriere, Thierry Coville, Dominique Desjeux, Emmanuelle Dubocage, Alain Fayolle, Géraldine Galindo, Lise Gastaldi, Violetta Gerasymenko, Oliver Gottschalg, Romain Grandsart, Yasuyuki Hamada, Frédéric Iselin, Walid Lamine, Etienne Krieger, Emmanuel Le Nagard-Assayag, Delphine Manceau, Fanny Marteau, Karim Medjad, Christophe Midler, Sophie Morin Delerm, Jean-Pierre Nioche, Thomas Paris, Bernard Ramanantsoa, Elen Riot, and Philippe Silberzahn.
