This book brings together contributions on various aspects of the creative process of a Northern Irish author, Jan Carson, from the production to the reception of her works. This publication also includes the exclusive translation of two short stories written by Jan Carson. The ARIEL series (Auteur·e en résidence internationale en Lorraine) is a record of the four-month stay of a foreign author at Université de Lorraine.
