Héloïse Brion worked for fifteen years in fashion before pursuing her passion for cooking. She has contributed to Food 52, Elle, Elle à Table, and Madame Figaro, hosted hundreds of Instagram Lives since 2020, and launched parsley by MMK, a lifestyle brand.

Christophe Roué is a portrait, fashion, and lifestyle photographer, as well as a film director and composer. Together, they published Miss Maggie's Kitchen : Relaxed French Entertaining (Flammarion, 2020) and have collaborated with many brands including Veuve Clicquot, Lenôtre, Opinel, and Zara Home.
