Prints and drawings room

The rich collection of the Cabinet des Estampes et des Dessins (Prints and Drawings Room) comprises some 150,000 graphic works from a wide range of fields, including the fine arts, decorative arts, architecture, history and popular arts.

This guide offers an opportunity to discover this priceless collection - featuring important artists such as Albrecht Dürer, the iconography rooted in Alsace of printers such as the Imagerie de Wissembourg and even Japanese prints - which is little known and rarely exhibited due to the fragility of the works.
