Biographie

Founder of the "Gourmets-Gourmands" association and the 'Auteurs et Gastronomie' festival, Jean-Pierre Rafenaud is more than an amateur chef.

Passionate about all forms of culinary art, he has created his first set of truffle-based recipes for this book.
